Following an agreement signed a few months ago, LR Indústria e Comércio Ltda (Brazilian branch of Landi Renzo Spa) started a collaboration with Uber to offer driver partners the possibility of converting their cars to natural gas by renting a dedicated kit.
With a modest initial deposit, the associated driver will have the possibility of installing a Landi Renzo CNG kit in the vehicle, taking advantage of the experience of the network of Gas Specialist workshops that participate in this initiative. The monthly kit rental will be deducted directly from the driver’s earnings.
“This initiative allows the driver to avoid the initial financial commitment of the installation, being able to start saving money immediately, while also protecting the environment,” said Federico Landi, Vice President AM, Sales & Service, Landi Renzo.
“We really believe in this project, which connects us with such an important technology partner like Uber,” he added.
