The new Scania X-gas is a G 410 8×2 model, with a rigid chassis. Its engine has 410 horsepower and develops a torque of 2,000Nm. It has eight cylinders with a capacity of 118 liters and another eight of 95 liters.

Cummins Darlington Engine Plant has celebrated the production of its first L9N engine, the first natural gas engine manufactured at the UK plant in its 58-year history. Designed to meet Euro VI Phase E emissions regulations, the L9N is in high demand from the European bus market, particularly in cities with low emission zones.
In Chile, Andes Motor joined as a new strategic partner of IVECO in 2022. Through them, 15 S-Way LNG trucks were delivered to Grupo San Gabriel, a carrier that has the largest IVECO LNG fleet in Latin America. These vehicles, which will transport Nestlé products, joined the 35 LNG-powered Stralis that the company has owned since 2022.
Scania Argentina organized the test of a CNG-powered bus with the El Cacique passenger transport company in the province of Mendoza, from which great benefits were corroborated in the intensive use of the vehicle for urban routes. The demo unit of the Green Efficiency line was provided by the Scania dealer in Mendoza.
