Argentina: IVECO supports development of regional economies with its CNG trucks

From June 7 to 10, the brand is participating in Agroactiva, in the province of Santa Fe, one of the most important rural fairs in the country. It will be part of this expo through the Beta dealer, which will exhibit the wide range of nationally produced vehicles such as the CNG Tector. The new Irizar’s i8 coach will be commercially introduced later this year. Irizar made its debut in the LNG Class II and coach segment in 2021 with the i4, built on a Scania chassis and incorporating Chart twin cylindrical horizontally mounted cryogenic fuel tanks. The same product then appeared on the larger i6 introduced for medium and longer distances.

With this launch, Maruti Suzuki has also introduced a new natural gas-powered Cab Chassis variant. The mini-truck is also still available in CNG Deck, Gasoline Deck and Gasoline Cab Chassis variants.
