This is a mobile refueling unit that features one dispenser, with an LNG hose for trucks and heavy vehicles, with 24/7 service, where drivers can refuel “quickly and safely with any credit or debit card or with the HAM Card for professional use, only for companies and freelancers,” noted HAM. It is located in Chauchina, Granada.
Ricova announced the opening of a new CNG station in Châteauguay, in the province of Quebec. The company was able to count on the expertise of EBI Energie to support it in the construction of the facility, which will supply its almost 50 CNG-powered trucks to date, representing over 30% of the waste collection operator’s total fleet.
The new renewable natural gas station at Corby is owned by a joint venture with Foresight Group. It comprises 12 fuel pump islands, allowing more than 60 trucks to be refueled per hour with a total capacity of more than 25 million kg of bio-CNG annually. It will serve local and passing fleets using the A43 road.
The Spanish Confederation of Service Station Employers (CEEES) and the Spanish Gas Association (Sedigas) will cooperate with the aim of carrying out promotional and awareness actions related to the decarbonization of mobility through the use of renewable gases. The first result of this alliance is the adhesion of the CEEES to the Alliance for Biomethane.
President Alberto Fernández led the official launch of the President Néstor Kirchner Gas Pipeline (GPNK), the most important infrastructure work of the last 40 years planned by the national State to achieve the energy self-sufficiency of the country and the change of its productive matrix. The first section extends over 573 kilometers from Neuquén to Buenos Aires.
The new LNG station is located in Växjö, in south central Sweden. It is the company’s 22nd natural gas station in this country, bringing the total number across the Nordics to over 50, some of which are operated by Gasum’s partners. Alwex Transport, a carrier with an ambitious goal of contributing to a cleaner environment, has been instrumental in this opening.
With the opening of Air Liquide’s high-pressure hydrogen station in Fos-sur-Mer (Marseille) and Iveco Group’s readiness to deliver hydrogen trucks starting from late 2023, the two companies are paving the way for hydrogen long-haulage mobility in Europe. The large-capacity high-pressure station (1 ton/day) is supplied with low-carbon hydrogen via pipeline.
The new facility is the company’s 52th natural gas station in the Czech Republic. According to statistics from the Czech Gas Association, a total of 30,085 CNG-powered vehicles drove on the country’s roads last year, of which 27,895 were passenger cars and vans (especially popular with delivery services). The rest are buses.
The new facility is located in the north of the country and is part of the Green Corridor that will serve heavy-duty vehicles. The opening was attended by the Minister of Energy Óscar Vera. This station and the one in Chiclayo will be integrated into the Green Corridor, together with the one installed by Cálidda in Lima, to ensure the supply on the Peruvian coast.
One of the cooperation deals aims at expanding the lineup of domestically produced NGVs and was signed by Alexey Miller, Chairman of the Gazprom Management Committee; Denis Manturov, Russian Minister of Industry and Trade; Anton Alikhanov, Governor of the Kaliningrad Region; and Valery Gorbunov, Chairman of the Board of Directors of AVTOTOR.
