Spanish service station association and Sedigas promote renewable gas and hydrogen in mobility

The Spanish Confederation of Service Station Employers (CEEES) and the Spanish Gas Association (Sedigas) will cooperate with the aim of carrying out promotional and awareness actions related to the decarbonization of mobility through the use of renewable gases. The first result of this alliance is the adhesion of the CEEES to the Alliance for Biomethane.

Argentina supports change of energy matrix with new Néstor Kirchner gas pipeline

President Alberto Fernández led the official launch of the President Néstor Kirchner Gas Pipeline (GPNK), the most important infrastructure work of the last 40 years planned by the national State to achieve the energy self-sufficiency of the country and the change of its productive matrix. The first section extends over 573 kilometers from Neuquén to Buenos Aires.

Gasum’s 22nd filling station in Sweden offers LNG and bio-LNG for heavy transport

The new LNG station is located in Växjö, in south central Sweden. It is the company’s 22nd natural gas station in this country, bringing the total number across the Nordics to over 50, some of which are operated by Gasum’s partners. Alwex Transport, a carrier with an ambitious goal of contributing to a cleaner environment, has been instrumental in this opening.

Air Liquide and Iveco open Europe’s first high-pressure hydrogen station for long-haul trucks

With the opening of Air Liquide’s high-pressure hydrogen station in Fos-sur-Mer (Marseille) and Iveco Group’s readiness to deliver hydrogen trucks starting from late 2023, the two companies are paving the way for hydrogen long-haulage mobility in Europe. The large-capacity high-pressure station (1 ton/day) is supplied with low-carbon hydrogen via pipeline.
