To strengthen its sustainable logistics initiative, the company is deploying a fleet of four trucks running on CNG at its facilities in Mumbai, Bangalore and Chennai. To date, these vehicles have covered more than 35,000 km, reducing CO2 emissions by 6.5 tons. Bolloré aims to gradually increase its NGV fleet to connect more locations by 2023.

The two 10.5-meter vehicles have a Scania N 280 UB4X2 chassis and Castrosua bodywork. It is the low-floor chassis for urban vehicles with two axles. They are equipped with a 9-liter, 5-cylinder, 280 hp Euro 6 natural gas engine that offers a torque of 1,350 Nm. They have a range of 500 kilometers.
