This fleet, which includes 30 IVECO LNG-fueled vehicles, is the result of an alliance of Nestlé Chile with Grupo San Gabriel and Lipigas. With this new facility, located in Waregem, and the other existing stations in Antwerp, Habay and Meer, the partners are working towards a comprehensive Belgian LNG network. “We want to move on to bio-LNG as soon as possible. That will allow heavy-duty vehicles to reduce their carbon emissions by nearly 100%,” according to Rolande.
