revis bioenergy will supply Liqvis with bio-LNG from mid-2023, produced exclusively from advanced waste and residual agricultural materials in accordance with EU regulation RED II. Liqvis plans to offer bio-LNG for heavy duty transport at its LNG stations in Germany and to gradually convert its entire supply portfolio to 100% biomethane.

Coordinated by VTT Technical Research Centre of Finland, the Green Ray project has secured European Union funding (around €7 million from Horizon Europe) to develop solutions minimizing methane slip from LNG-fueled marine engines. The initiative will develop technologies for low-pressure dual-fuel engines as well as a novel aftertreatment concept.

Forty-four new buses were added to the Victoria Regional Transit System in the last quarter of 2022, helping secure safe and efficient transportation for transit riders. The new arrivals include 15 medium-duty and 21 heavy-duty natural gas buses to replace diesel buses at the end of their service life. This brings the total number of NGVs operating in Victoria to 101.
