The initiative is comprised of three farms located in Minnehaha: Boadwine Farms, Pioneer Dairy, and Mooody Dairy, and is part of the previously announced partnership to own project companies across the United States to produce and market dairy biomethane. This renewable natural gas is a valuable transportation fuel with lower lifecycle carbon intensity.

Ruan has ordered 10 units backed by deposits to secure Hyliion Hypertruck ERX™ production slots. A proponent of alternative fuels, Ruan was an early adopter of CNG fueled trucks, logging millions of miles per year on natural gas power and reducing millions of pounds of carbon emissions.
Through this alliance, Kenworth de La Montaña will distribute dedicated trucks with technology for natural gas and other types of cargo up to 5 tons. For refueling, there is a strong green corridor in the region with almost 40 CNG stations. Colombia has more than 638,000 vehicles converted to natural gas and more than 4,060 dedicated vehicles.
The vehicles are bodied on the 70C14 chassis and equipped with the super ecological CNG 3-liter engine developing 136 HP. They can carry 45 elementary and middle school children plus hostess and driver. The start of construction comes only two months after executing a manure rights contract and eight months after the execution of a letter of intent with the dairy.
Tosca vessel will become the first chemical tanker running on fuel oil and LNG, as part of the company’s sustainability program to reduce the footprint of carbon in shipping. Currently, this vessel runs only on fuel oil, and transports liquid bulk between the ports of Huelva and Cartagena six times a month.
